How can one enter the giveaway?To participate, entrants must have a registered Twitter (X) account and follow these steps during the entry period (November 29, 2024, 12:00 AM PT – December 27, 2024, 11:59 PM PT):
1. Follow @SeagateGaming (or @JapanSeagate for Japan residents) on Twitter (X).
2. Visit and repost the relevant competition post(s) by @SeagateGaming or @JapanSeagate. Four posts will be published weekly on or about November 29, December 6, December 13, and December 20.
3. Each reposted competition post grants one entry, with a maximum of four entries (one per weekly post).
Entries must be received by the deadline, and automated or fraudulent entries are void.
What prizes can be won, and what is the total prize pool?The total prize pool has an approximate retail value (ARV) of $1,884.90 USD. The prizes include:
- Three Seagate FireCuda Portable Game Drive 2TB – ARV: $94.99 each (1st X post).
- Three Logitech G PRO X Gaming Headsets – ARV: $99.99 each (2nd X post).
- Three Seagate FireCuda 520N M.2 NVMe SSD 1TB – ARV: $199.99 each (3rd X post).
- One MSI Claw A1M Handheld Gaming Console Device Core Ultra 7 with 1TB SSD – ARV: $699.99 (4th X post).
Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash substitutions are allowed. Winners may need to provide tax documentation as required by their jurisdiction.
When will winners be announced?Winners will be announced on or around January 13, 2024, via @SeagateGaming and @JapanSeagate on Twitter (X). Winners will also be notified via social media within two business days of the drawing.
How will winners be chosen?Winners will be selected through four separate random draws held on or about January 6, 2024, using Random.org. Winning one draw disqualifies entrants from winning additional prizes in other draws. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
For Canada and Chile residents, winners must complete a skill-testing element to claim their prize.
