Opent to NSW/Vic/Qld/ACT There are two (2) parts to this Promotion.
Part 1 is a game of skill:To qualify for entry into Part 1 of the Promotion, an entrant must:
1. purchase any 1 X Pepsi or Pepsi Max product (Product)from a participating 7-Eleven store during the Promotion Period;
2. visit the Website, then click the 'promotion' tab to access the competition page. Click 'like this page' to go through to the entry page. Entrants must complete personal contact details (including name, address, contact number) and upload a photo showing their enjoyment of the Product in store at 7-Eleven;
3. retain the receipt from the purchase showing the date/time of purchase (Purchase Receipt) as proof of purchase.
Major prize:
There is one (1) major prize (see Prize Details) that will be awarded to the winner of Part 1 of the Promotion.
Part 2 is a game of chance: To qualify for entry into Part 2 of the Promotion, an entrant must:
1. visit the Website, then click the 'promotion' tab to access the competition page. . Click 'like this page' to go through to the entry page. Entrants must complete personal contact details (including name, address, contact number) and vote for their favourite photo(s) uploaded in Part 1 of the Promotion.
Entrants may vote multiple times, however they may only vote once for any one photo. (For the avoidance of doubt, no purchase is required to vote.)
Minor prizes:
There are a total of four (4) minor prizes; one (1) minor prize will be awarded to the first valid entry drawn in each participating state/territory (see Relevant States/Territories).
Major prize:
The major prize (which must be claimed by 5:00pm on 03/08/2012 and taken 25/08/2012 – 1/09/2012 inclusive) is a trip for two (2) people to Ushauaia Resort, Ibiza, Spain and comprises:
- return economy airfares for two (2) people from the winner's nearest capital city in Australia to Ibiza (includes flight taxes; airline as specified by Promoter);
- return transfers (airport/hotel) in Ibiza;
- five (5) night's accommodation (twin share; standard room) for two (2) people at a four star hotel (as specified by Promoter. In: 26/08/2012; out: 31/08/2012);.
- all meals during winner's five (5) night stay at the accommodation (includes breakfast, lunch, dinner; as specified by Promoter. Meals do not include alcoholic beverages);
- DJ academy for two (2) people (2-hour lesson; optional); and
- Other optional activities as organized by the Promoter;
The winner and friend participating in the major prize must be aged 18 years+. The major prize is valued at up to $17,000 (inc GST).
Minor prizes:
Each minor prize is a slab of Pepsi or Pepsi Max (winner to choose variant; 24 X 600ml) valued at $70 (inc GST).
Starts 27.06.12. Ends 19.07.12. You must be 18yrs+, a resident of Qld, NSW, ACT or Vic to enter, have a valid passport for travel to Spain & be able to travel between 25/08/12 – 01/09/12 inclusive) to enter.
Under no circumstance should your photo be taken next to the fuel pumps – this is a safety hazard
Do not cause any disruption to staff or other customers when taking your photo
Your photograph should include your own image (& product)
