Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or over from Victoria only and excludes any employees connected with the administration of the competition. 3.One entry per person. Entrants found submitting multiple or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants and withhold the prize for violating any of these terms and conditions. The only exception is double entry when the entrant likes the LENZO official Facebook page.
4.Entries must include all requested contact details to be eligible to win including mobile phone contact number, post code and email address.
5.Entrants must live in Australia and the proposed wedding must take place no further than 100km out of the Melbourne CBD,VIC. If the winner lives out of this 100km range, any associated travel costs will be covered by the winner.
6.Entries must be received by the promoter before the competition close date and time.
7.The Promoter does not take responsibility for late or lost entries.
8.The competition opens 5/5/17 at 10am AEST and closes on 31/5/17 at 22:00 AEST. The Promoter may select additional entries to be used as replacements in the event the winner cannot satisfy these terms and conditions or claim the prize.
9.The competition will be drawn at 17:00 AEST on the 7/6/17 and the winner will be notified through an email from hello@lenzo.com.au and through an Instagram post on the account @partywithlenzo at 17:30pm AEST the same day (7/6/17).
10.The competition is valid for 24 months beginning from when the winner is drawn (7/6/17 - 7/6/19).
11.There is only one prize to be won in this competition to a sole winner. The prize pack comes to a total of $31,053. Prize details include:
LENZO Styling Session, with both a mood board and concept created based on the brief from winner. This does not include set up on day or liaising with suppliers who were both included and not included in the prize pack. Valued at $2,500.
Kas Richards Photography. Full day of wedding photography (8 hours maximum) plus a shoot assistant. Includes full release of edited imagery on a usb (approx. 500-600 images). All other images and additional services can be agreed on between the winner and Kas at the cost of the winner. Winner must book in 12 months before the set date of the proposed wedding. Only valid for the duration of 24 months from the competition winner being announced. Subject to availability. Valued at $3,500.
DANN Event Hire Furniture, delivery & collection voucher. Voucher to spend on all DANN Event Hire products, delivery & collection. For any events located more than 20km out of Melbourne CBD, additional delivery costs will apply at the expense of the winner. Only valid for the duration of 24 months from the competition winner being announced. Subject to availability. Valued at $5,000 inc. GST.
Raven and The Rose Flowers. Includes a consultation and $3,000 worth of floral arrangements for the winners wedding. Anything exceeding this amount is at the cost of the winner. Flowers are subject to availability and season. Only valid for the duration of 24 months from the competition winner being announced. Value $3,000.
Mickey Loves Jacqui Stationery. Includes 3 piece custom designed letterpress and foil stamped stationery set from Mickey Loves Jacqui. This involves up to 70 sets of invite letterpress and foil, RSVP letterpress, information cards or save the date letterpress, envelopes and bellybands all printed on 100% cotton stock. Note: 70 sets would be average for a wedding of 120 guests. If the winner requires more this will be at their cost. Only valid for the duration of 24 months from the competition winner being announced. Subject to availability. Valued at $2,145.
Moonshot Balloons. Balloon instillation at the venue. Cost of materials and labour included in this prize. Winner must book 4 months in advance. Only valid for the duration of 24 months from the competition winner being announced. Subject to availability. Valued at $1,000.
Snap Social. Delivery, Set up, Pickup, up to 8 hours hire and 1 staff member for up to 8 hours of a Snap Social photo booth. Winner must book 1 month in advance. Must be booked in within 12 months of the competition being announced. Subject to availability. Valued at $1,200.
LaManna Voucher. Value of the voucher to be spent by the winner at LaManna on any available products. Any additional costs must be covered by the winner. Winner must book 3 months in advance for any large scale products (e.g.: wedding cakes). Only valid for the duration of 24 months from the competition winner being announced. Subject to availability. Valued at $1,000.
Posy Robes Voucher. Value of the voucher to be spent by then winner at Posy Robes on any stocked/ available product. Any additional costs must be covered by the winner. Only valid for the duration of 24 months from the competition winner being announced. Subject to availability. Valued at $450.
Ka’llure Jewellery Voucher. Value of the voucher to be spent by the winner at Ka’llure on any stocked/ available product. Any additional costs must be covered by the winner. Only valid for the duration of 24 months from the competition winner being announced. Subject to availability. Valued at $500.
Shae Cara Makeup. Includes full face of makeup for five individuals. Trials not included in this prize, however the winner can use one of these sessions as a trial if they choose to do so. If not winner will have to cover this cost. Winner must book in 6 months in advance of their big day, unless their is an availability. Only valid for the duration of 24 months from the competition winner being announced. Subject to availability. Valued at $500.
Bared Footwear. Any two pairs of shoes of the winners choice from current stock. Only valid for the duration of 24 months from the competition winner being announced. Subject to availability. Valued $658.
Electric Confetti Voucher. Custom neon sign to the amount of the voucher. Anything that surpasses the value of the voucher will be at the cost of the winner. Only valid for the duration of 24 months from the competition winner being announced. Only available on stocked products and subject to availability. Valued at $2,000.
Luxe Chandeliers Voucher. Value of the voucher to be spent by the winner on Luxe Chandeliers products. Value of the voucher does not include delivery and rigging fees which are payable at the cost of the winner. Only valid for the duration of 24 months from the competition winner being announced. Subject to availability. Valued at $2,500.
OneHeart Studios Videography. 3-5 minute hand crafted film perfect for reliving your wedding day and sharing with family and friends. This includes all day coverage, 2 videographers, ceremony and speeches edit, travel within Victoria, 1-2 licensed songs and RAW footage. Only valid for the duration of 24 months from the competition winner being announced. Subject to availability. Highlight film package including. Valued at $3,100.
The Hire Co. Voucher. Value of the voucher to be spent by the winner on The Hire Co. products from their website. Not included in the voucher, the winner must pay a 15% damage waiver. This fee covers wear and tear of the item and does not cover any costs if the goods are damaged, stolen or lost. It also covers cleaning of the hired items. This is not refundable and is not included in the value of the voucher and thus must be paid for at the cost of the winner. An 50% bond is required, this is refundable once the customer has returned the goods in the same condition they were hired out in. Only valid for the duration of 24 months from the competition winner being announced. Subject to availability. Valued at $500.
Favor Lane Voucher. Value of the voucher to be spent by the winner on Favor Lane products from their website. Any price that exceeds the voucher amount will be at the cost of the winner. Only valid for the duration of 24 months from the competition winner being announced. Subject to availability. Valued at $500.
Pick A Wall Voucher. Value of the voucher to be spent by the winner on a Pick A Wall backdrop from their website. Any price that exceeds the voucher amount will be at the cost of the winner. Only valid for the duration of 24 months from the competition winner being announced. Subject to availability. Valued at $1000.
12.The winner will be notified as to how to claim prizes.
13.The winner is responsible for ensuring they accept the prize in full and in accordance with these terms and conditions. If The Promoter is unable to contact the winner or if the winner is unable to claim the prize, that winner will forfeit the prize and it shall be awarded to the next valid entry and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
14.Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to state regulation.
15.Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions all other expenses including the use of prize on offer, is the responsibility of the winner and no further correspondence will be entered into.
16.The Promoter reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions if this competition cannot be run as originally planned.
17.The Promoter will disqualify any individual who has tampered with or is suspected of tampering with the entry process.
18.To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Promoter will not be liable for any technical malfunctions or any consequential loss related to or arising from the participation and prize of this competition.
19.All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of The Promoter who may publish or cause to be published any of the entries received in any forum or social media worldwide. The Promoter and its related entities collect entrants' personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this competition, determining and notifying the winner and for direct marketing purposes.
By entering this competition, all entrants give consent to lenzo.com.au and associated partners to contact you for marketing purposes and at times provide you with marketing material that may be of interest to you. We do not sell personal information to other organizations. We may disclose personal information to essential service providers, who provide services in connection with our products and services. 21.The prize winner is advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winning(s) and the winner shall be responsible for all taxes. The winner is encouraged to seek independent financial advice prior to accepting the prize on offer.
