Competition Terms & Conditions
1. This promotion is open to all people who meet the entry criteria published in these terms and conditions.
2. Entry and continued participation in the promotion is dependent on entrants following and acting in accordance with the Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, which can be viewed at http://www.facebook.com/terms.php.
3. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants understand and acknowledge that they are providing information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The information provided will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
4. All entrants must be aged over 18 at the time of entry
5. This promotion runs from Friday 16th May to Friday 13th June
6. No entries will be accepted after midnight Friday 13th June
7. Entries will only be deemed eligible if they meet the requirements listed in these terms and conditions.
8. An eligible entry includes the following steps
A) Access the entry form via Facebook or link to the competition webpage.
B) Like the Netanya Noosa  Facebook Page
C) In 25 words or less, who would you invite on your mini festival experience, past or present?D) Sign up to Netanya Noosa newsletter by submitting a valid email address
E) Correctly complete all your personal details
9. Any entries that do not meet the above criteria are not eligible for the prize
10. One winner will be judged on the best answer to the question, as decided by the management team of the Netanya Noosa.
11. The judges decision is final and no discussion will be entered into.
12. The winner will be notified by email by email by Wednesday 18th June 2014
13. If the winner does not respond to correspondence by Friday 20th June 2014 they will forfeit their prize and another winner will be selected.
14. The prize cannot be exchanged for any reason and is not redeemable for cash.
15. The winner’s prize includes: (with approx. value)
• Four night’s accommodation at  Netanya Noosa $560 per night
• Qantas return flights  within Australia $300 per person return
• Transfers to Noosa $300.00
• Use of Audi cars during your stay $880
• $1200 Westpac spending money
• Personal tour of Noosa Farmers Market by berardo’s Executive chef $75 per head
• Dinner prepared by berardo’s Executive chef in your own suite at Netanya Noosa $200 per head
• Seppelt wine with dinner $250
• Lunch at beach front restaurant Berardos on the Beach $100 per head
16. The prize dates will be arranged with the winner subject to availability (before 15th December 2014)
17. Netanya Noosa holds no responsibility for the winner not receiving notification of their prize or should the winner not be able to attend
18. Employees and their immediate family of Netanya Noosa, berardo’s restaurants, Qantas, Westpac , Audi, Treasury wine or Social Tap Pty Ltd are not eligible to enter.
