By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. A random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received with twenty-two (22) winners selected. The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Once prizes have left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit. All other expenses will be the responsibility of the prize winner. Australia Zoo Prize Terms and Conditions:
All passes are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. Passes cannot be on-sold to another party or third party for re-sale. If lost or stolen it cannot be replaced. Children 4 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
SkyPoint Terms and Conditions:
Tickets cannot be redeemed for cash. Tickets are non-transferrable. Prize must be used by 1 December 2019. Climbers must be aware of, and be able to understand the following details in order to consider their ability to participate in the Climb:
Moderate effort is required with fitness and strength levels suitable for traversing inclines of between 30 and 65 degrees for approximately 110 metres at a slow to medium paced walk
Total number of stairs to climb is approximately 280
Climbers have occasional rest stops during the Climb, but will not have access to seating, water, shade or toilets
Climbers ascend to a maximum height of approximately 270 metres above street level
Climbers must be able to climb up, and reverse backwards down a step ladder at an angle of approximately 65 degrees
The duration of the Climb is broadly 50 minutes preparation, 25 minutes outdoors on the Climb and 20 minutes return and completion
At height, Climbers may be subject to mild to moderate adverse weather and elevation conditions associated with climbing at this level and should ensure they are fit enough to withstand such conditions.
All Climbers are required to meet a minimum height requirement of 130cms and children aged between 12 and 15 years inclusive must be accompanied by a responsible full paying adult (maximum 2 children per responsible adult).
Children under 12 years of age are not permitted to climb.

Valid for 1 person’s use only. Valid at Timezone Gold Coast up to 12 months after the date of issue.
Dreamworld Terms and Conditions:
Each Prize includes a family pass for 2adults & 2children. Each Pass is a 1 Day pass per person 3years and over to visit Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint. A Pass does not include access to special events conducted outside advertised park trading hours including, but not limited to Screamworld. WhiteWater World & Dreamworld reserve the right to change terms and conditions at any time without notice and reserve the right to close rides/attractions, as required. Lost passes will not be replaced. Tickets cannot be redeemed for cash. Tickets are non-transferrable. Prize must be used by 1 December 2019.
Edwards & Co Terms and Conditions:
Price cannot be redeemed on a Saturday.
Endota Spa Terms and Conditions:
Voucher is only valid at Endota Spa Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre, Shop B1, 3240 Surfers Paradise Blvd, Surfers Paradise, QLD 4217. Endota Spa request a minimum of 24 hours' notice should you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will regrettably result in the forfeit of the gift voucher. In the incident that you have lost your voucher, please contact us and we will do our utmost best to track your voucher. Gift Vouchers are treated like cash and cannot be replaced if lost so make sure you keep it somewhere safe. We do not accept vouchers on Public Holidays as not all of our spas are open on this day. We apologise for the inconvenience. Your treatment voucher cannot be used to purchase another Voucher or Gift Card. It cannot be exchanged or refunded for any other legal tender (cash, EFTPOS, credit card or gift card). The Ruby Collection Terms and Conditions:
This voucher is not valid for travel until after 10 November 2018. This prize is valid for travel until 13 December 2019 in low season only and excludes travel during high and peak periods. The prize is for up to 4 Guests staying in a Two Bedroom Apartment. This prize includes a continental buffet breakfast in Stone’s Bar & Grill per person per day and a $500 Dining Credit which can be used towards purchases made at Stones Bar & Grill or the Terrace Cafe. Credit must be used during this visit only. This prize includes onsite, undercover car-parking for one vehicle per day. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first in basis and cannot be guaranteed. Bookings are subject to availability. At least one person staying in the room must be over 21 years of age to check-in. The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Vouchers will not be extended past the expiry date and must be used in full on the same visit, any unused portion will be forfeited. All other expenses will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
